How we work
From the first conversation to the final delivery, each stage has a clear purpose. We'll tell you what to expect at each moment and how we organize ourselves to make the process predictable.
Week 1
We start with a meeting to understand your context, your goals, and the real constraints of the project. We review existing materials, define the scope, and agree on the deliverables. At the end of this stage, you'll have a document with the work plan and estimated timelines.
Weeks 2 to 3
We define the information architecture, the main texts, and the communication tone. We work with drafts that are reviewed together, incorporating your corrections before moving on to design. This step avoids rework and ensures the message is aligned from the start.
Weeks 4 to 5
With the content approved, we move forward with the visual identity and technical implementation. We work in short cycles and show you partial progress so you can see the evolution. Corrections are recorded in a shared list and resolved in order of priority.
Week 6
We review navigation, forms, and display across different devices. We run load tests and verify that the texts read correctly across the entire site. You'll receive a test version to go through and make any final observations.
Week 7
We publish the site and provide you with the access and necessary documentation. During the first thirty days, we answer questions and resolve any technical issues that arise. We also give you a simple guide so you can update content on your own.
We respond within a maximum of 48 business hours. Meetings are scheduled in advance, and decisions made are recorded.
We don't wait until the end to show you results. Each stage has a checkpoint where you can intervene and adjust the course.
Changes outside the original plan are quoted separately. This way, we avoid surprises and maintain the agreed timelines.
How we work
Every assignment follows a clear path. Here we show you the stages we go through together, from when you write to us until you receive the final material. This way you know what to expect at each moment and how long each step may take.
You tell us what you need: the type of content, the length, the tone, and the deadline. We respond within 24 business hours with a concrete proposal.
We define the topics, sources, and approach. We send you a brief outline for approval before we start writing. No surprises halfway through.
We write the material with a focus on clarity and precision. We include one round of revisions so the text turns out just as you imagined. The typical timeline is 5 to 10 business days.
If something doesn't work, we adjust it. We work with a maximum of two revision rounds per delivery, so the process doesn't drag on unnecessarily.
You receive the text in the agreed format, ready to publish. We include a brief summary of decisions made and suggestions for next steps.
We remain available if you need to expand the material, adapt it to another format, or work on a second part. Communication doesn't end with delivery.
