First, we conduct a site visit to survey the area's condition and the activities taking place. Then we prepare a report with our findings, identify the main risks, and propose concrete measures. The typical timeline is four to six weeks, depending on the size of the property and the number of variables to analyze.
We operate throughout Argentina. We have experience in the Pampas region, the Northwest, Cuyo, and Patagonia. For projects outside Córdoba, we schedule site visits and follow up remotely, with periodic reports and virtual meetings when needed.
The plan includes a survey of available resources (water, soil, vegetation), the definition of sustainable use objectives, and a schedule of actions with responsible parties and deadlines. We also provide simple indicators so the client can measure progress without relying on external consultants.
We offer both formats. In-person workshops work well in rural schools and communities that want to engage with their immediate surroundings. The virtual format is useful for dispersed groups or institutions that need scheduling flexibility. In both cases, we provide educational materials adapted to the group's level.
The budget is calculated based on the complexity of the work, the number of site visits, and the team's time commitment. After an initial free consultation, we send a detailed proposal with deliverables and timelines. There are no hidden costs or additional charges for minor adjustments during development.

So that every agreement is clear from the start, we have gathered here the definitions, limits, and assumptions that apply to the work we carry out at Natura Mundis. These clarifications avoid ambiguous interpretations and establish a common framework of understanding.
Each service is described with a specific scope detailing the included activities, expected deliverables, and execution period. The scope is agreed upon in writing before starting and is only modified with the consent of both parties.
Additional work that arises during the process and is not covered by the original scope is budgeted separately. This includes changes in direction, content expansions, or adjustments that exceed what was initially agreed upon.
Estimated timelines and results are calculated based on complete and timely information provided by the client. If reference materials, data, or approvals are delayed, the schedule is adjusted proportionally.
We assume that the information provided is truthful and that the client holds the necessary rights over the content they contribute. We are not responsible for inconsistencies arising from incomplete or outdated data.
Our liability is limited to the work actually performed and does not extend to commercial, operational, or strategic decisions that the client makes based on the results. Recommendations are offered as professional guidance, not as a guarantee of specific outcomes.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions that may arise from the use of our services, beyond the total amount paid for the corresponding work.
Once the corresponding invoices are settled, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables for commercial use. We retain the right to mention the work performed in our portfolio, unless an explicit confidentiality agreement exists.
Preliminary materials, drafts, and intermediate versions that are not part of the final delivery remain as internal working material and are not transferred to the client.
Services are provided under the legislation in force in Argentina. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Córdoba, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
These clarifications are complemented by the site's terms of use and privacy policy. In the event of any doubt regarding the interpretation of a clause, the meaning that best reflects the original intention of the parties at the time of contracting prevails.

We carry out site visits, take soil, water, or vegetation samples, and record current conditions. All information is documented using standardized protocols to ensure traceability.
Samples are processed in accredited laboratories. We compare the results with current parameters and prepare the technical interpretation of each measured indicator.
We deliver a clear report with the findings, regulatory compliance, and suggested corrective measures. We include maps, tables, and references so any team can take action.
We remain available to answer questions about the report, support the implementation of improvements, or prepare documentation for presentations to regulatory bodies.
